Josh is a Body Shop Account Manager at Dent Master, bringing over 20 years of experience in the collision repair industry. He began his career as an estimator at a high-volume dealership, quickly developing a strong foundation in production, scheduling, and repair operations. Since 2013, he has held leadership and corporate roles, building a reputation as a proven leader in collision center performance and management.
Josh’s career includes key positions with CARSTAR, where he served as a Manager, General Manager of a corporate location, Field Performance Manager, and most recently Vice President of Operations for a multi-shop organization (MSO). Throughout his career, he has focused on improving efficiency, guiding high-performing teams, and optimizing collision repair processes, with a deep understanding of insurance guidelines and performance metrics. He is also I-CAR Platinum certified, reflecting his commitment to industry excellence.
Beyond his professional role, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
