Jenny is the Director of Insurance Processes at Dent Master, where she oversees claims operations and ensures seamless collaboration with insurance providers. With over 13 years of experience in auto damage claims and claims resolution management, she specializes in process efficiency, policy integration, and team operations, helping to streamline workflows and enhance customer outcomes.

A multi-state licensed independent adjuster, Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and has a diverse background that includes 15 years as a small business owner and 6 years of service in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Military Police Officer. Her expertise in claims handling and operational management makes her an integral part of Dent Master’s leadership team.

Beyond her professional role, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, taking vacations in Florida, and kayaking—though her presence is always missed when she’s away from the office.
